Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to our unique store model, we do not accept any returns. This includes items that are purchased from our store and shipped out-of-state. To ensure it is the perfect piece before purchasing, please reach out to [email protected] to request additional photos or information.
Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are eligible for local pick-up. This includes in store and online! If you would like to pick-up your purchases yourself, please come prepared with blankets or moving materials to protect your new finds in transit.
Local pick-up will be from either of our two locations. Our Customer Care team or Sales Team will communicate the location of your items when they are ready for pick-up.

Trove does not offer local delivery. You can pick your items up yourself or hire a delivery service.

Standard shipping applies to accent and furniture items that we cannot ship White Glove. The cost of standard shipping will be calculated at time of checkout and may be subject to change depending on the items of your order.
Standard shipping orders are transported on common carriers, for example FedEx Freight, T-Force, etc and are delivered to your doorstep. These orders may be loose packed in boxes or palletized. Packaging materials are not removed with this service. Additional fees may apply if the zip code is remote or repackaging is needed for a one-of-a-kind piece. Trove will communicate these fees ahead of time and the customer will have the option to cancel or move forward with the order.
White Glove Delivery service is available for nationwide customers. These orders are carried on specialized freight carriers to reduce risk of damage in transit.
For $250, White Glove Delivery orders will be shipped directly to a third party service in your area who will facilitate the final mile service to your home. Our delivery partners will bring your items into your home, place them in the desired room, assemble if necessary and remove all packaging. This does not include any installation of artwork. Additional fees may apply for this service if the zip code is remote or the item is large scale (400+lbs). Trove will communicate these fees ahead of time and the customer will have the option to cancel or move forward with the order.
Furniture & Accents: 4-5 weeks
Furniture and accents are shipped directly from an offsite warehouse to the customer and will have varying lead times. If the item(s) is in stock, you can expect to receive your shipment in 4-5 weeks. If the item is backordered, you will receive communication from our Customer Care team with estimated lead times.
Custom Upholstery: 8-10 weeks
All of our custom upholstery is handcrafted in the USA. The standard manufacturing lead time for custom upholstery is 6-8 weeks with an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping.
Pillows & Rugs: 2 weeks
In Stock pillows and rugs will be at your door in 2 weeks.
Accessories: 1-2 weeks
Accessories and other small items are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. These shipments typically arrive in 1-2 weeks.

Claims
If you believe you have received a damaged item, please fill out the following form to get the claims process started. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of item. Any claims made outside of the specified window will not be accepted.
